Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Costs

Orders totaling $90.00 or more: Free standard shipping

Orders under $90.00: Flat rate of $15.00

Shipping charges are calculated based on your merchandise subtotal before taxes and are displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing within 1–3 business days. Processing includes inventory verification, quality checks, and packaging. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Timeframes

After your order ships, standard delivery takes 3–6 business days depending on your location and carrier routing. 

Carriers

We work with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and select regional carriers to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier for your shipment is assigned based on your location and package specifications.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes after shipment may not be possible.

Cancellations Before Shipment

If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@asfurniturecenter.com or +1 (559) 540-6316. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.

Cancellations After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process after receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your delivery arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, return, or refund depending on the circumstances. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by us.

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist with tracking inquiries as needed.
