Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories

Free from damage, stains, or alterations

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale or custom-made products cannot be returned. If no such restrictions apply to your purchase, standard return terms are available.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team at info@asfurniturecenter.com or +1 (559) 540-6316 within the 30-day window. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization.

Do not ship items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label depending on the situation.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for return, replacement, or refund as appropriate, and will handle return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
